Question by Thomas F: What are the chances of withdrawal symptoms after taking Paxil for 8 days at 10mg?
I stopped taking it because I don’t believe the benefits in my case outweigh the long term risk of addiction and debilitating withdrawal.

I don’t think you will have any since you were on a very low dose for such a short amount of time. I think it is very wise of you to stop taking this drug. I was on it for 6 years (since I was 12). This summer when I cut back and eventually stopped taking it at all, I had horrible dizziness, anxiety, and heart palpitations.
