I started using “Caloriecount.com” and i have entered my food intake for the past 3 days…

Fat – 47.2% (197 grams)
Protein – 13.2% (125 grams)
Carbohydrates – 39.5% (372 grams)
Alcohol – 0%
Other – 0%

Daily Calorie Intake – 1,199 cals
Daily Sodium Intake – 2,499 mg
Daily Sugar Intake – 31 grams
Daily Cholesterol Intake – 101 mg
Daily Saturated Fat Intake – 16 grams
Daily Fiber Intake – 18 grams
