Question by Raven: Can I invoke the fourth amendment during a urine sample collection in drug court treatment?

Fact is I was not proven to have used any drugs. the charge is a possesion charge. only because it was in my home.
I ask the question because I dont think it is right to make a person expose themselves other the the main genital area that the sample is coming from.
