Why do fire signs seem to be the ones with addiction problems?

Question by Sarah: Why do fire signs seem to be the ones with addiction problems?
I would think it would be Pisces because of Neptune. I’ve noticed this with my fire sign family and friends, and I’ve been reading an astrology book about a lot of suicides among artists and musicians. The majority are fire signs. Is it the impulsiveness or would it be depression, like in fear of nothing to do?
What is wrong with some of you? I’m asking about what I’ve seen in the charts from several astrology books. I think you’re taking this personally, or being overly sensitive.
Jack, I have noticed that too. Since the Moon is emotional, it’s important to look at that as well. What I’m trying to say is that I’m surprised at so many fire signs being prone to addiction.
Well, this is strange. I was curious to see if anyone else had noticed this, and I found this question. No one seems to mind when he asked. Wow!

How do you make the link between suicide and addiction. Do you mean accidental suicide due to drug addiction or do you mean that people with addictions are more likely to commit suicide? I don’t really get your link here.

No, not taking it personally just trying to ascertain what your question is really getting at. Are you trying to make a link between addiction and suicide? Sorry, I meant to say have the charts shown you something in relation to addiction or suicide or a link maybe between them….
