Question by Em: What kind of jobs are there involving substance/chemical abuse?
Like to help people who are on drugs, who need counseling or drug tests, and what kind of a degree do you need?

You could get a degree in Psychology or Social Work. Both could benefit from a Human Development minor. If you’ve done these already or have gone through school, talk with your professors about jobs in the field.
