Question by whattodo: How can I cope with food addiction ?
What are the symptoms.? I LOVE to eat. I weigh more than I should, and look forward to my food (more than most people I know). I would NEVER skip a meal, and overeat at mealtime. I snack a lot too. I think I have an addiction to sugar in particular. I think about food a lot. I love high carb food and get withdrawal symptoms (the shakes) if I dont satisfy the physical craving. I would love to lose some weight. Am I a food addict ?

I think you should get a nutricionist to make you a meal plan because with this, you won’t last too long. 🙁
