It is just that everyone knows African americans talk differently so What is the drug that causes this? IS it crack, weed or some other drug? Because the other day I saw this white guy who was clearly high on something, His voice however, was not that of a typical non-black male, but instead more like that of an african american.
He sounded like he was choking on a chicken bone or something.
So what drugs do african americans use to have that unique voice tone?
