They represent obstacles of a young person’s life and the kind of romance we sometimes find ourselves in. This is completely fictional and does NOT reflect the beliefs or attitudes of the actors involved. This is a story about love and addiction. Some things in life seem harmless at first, but when one starts to lose themselves in another person or in an addiction, it’s hard to get back on track. I’ve seen many relationships like this in my life, and it is definitely common among people my age. This video is meant to portray those kinds of relationships and put them in a certain perspective. This is about addiction, not only to things like drugs, but even an addiction to a certain person or the feeling they give you. I know that this video is a bit darker than my usual work, but artistically, this was a place I wanted to go to show that, as young people, we do go through seriously destructive relationships and problems, and it isn’t always easy, but harm could be avoided if we just hold onto ourselves and don’t give ourselves up to one person so completely.
