Side effects of living in a hot climate?

Question by Watchasay<3: Side effects of living in a hot climate?
I just moved to a very hot coutnry and have noticed that my hair and nails are growing much faster. This is a side effect, right? And i heard your metabolism speeds up, too. Is this true? What other side effects are there?

Heat rash! it sucks. And yes the climate can effect you
