Question by The Man: pleas help me I don’t wan to go on porn again?
I’m 16 I quit for a year. I get urges sometimes. Sometimes there big urges sometimes there not. Is it really possible to quit. Should I just give up and live with it. I don’t want to have to go to a specialist and I am not going to tell my parents. Why me.
I’m almost thinking this is worst than a drug addiction
I mean I hate to say it but i want to go on so bad

So who’s in control here, you or your urge?

I’d look at what you believe the po.rn gives you that you cannot get elsewhere. I mean in the emotional sense, not visual/thrill, etc.

Also, why did you quit? Plenty of people indulge porn. as part of their healthy sexual lifestyle. In fact, the biggest users are not so-called dirty old men in raincoats, but COUPLES.
