Families of Brockton area addicts feeling hopeful after major drug raid
Sandra Milton doesn’t blame anyone else for the 2008 heroin-overdose death of her son, Stephen Pacheco, at age 23. The Brockton woman realizes her son made a bad choice to use drugs and was responsible for what happened to him. But she has no sympathy for the 25 alleged heroin dealers arrested Thursday in a massive drug raid in Brockton and six other communities.
