Marijuana legalization…your thoughts?

Question by Maquaire22: Marijuana legalization…your thoughts?
There are no good reasons not to legalize it.
1. It is safer than alcohol and tobacco
2. It DOES have medicinal value
3. Legalization will eliminate the black market for weed, taking the weed out of the hands of gangs would be a good thing
4. People won’t go to jail and have their lives ruined over a substance that is safer than alcohol and tobacco.
5. Taxation of it would provide more money to our governments, they can then invest that money on things such as rehabilitation clinics for people that do harder drugs.

What are your thoughts on marijuana legalization?
