Question by luz m: I need to write a essay, i dnt know how to start with the thesis..can some1 help me?
I already have my topic for the essay, and is going to be about my best friend addiction to cocaine and how he chose cocaine over my friendship, but i dont know to how start, i dont know if i should start by explaning our great friendship, or go straight to the point to his addiction to cocaine.

I would start off stating certain facts about cocaine. Such as “so and so people died in 2008 from cocaine overdose.” and then launch into how that ruins homes, families, lives, and then I would launch into your friends story, which will be the main focus.
