Question by Addie!: Did I eat healthy today Recovering anorexic?
I’m in recovery from anorexia and exercise addiction and I’m freaking out. The plan they have me on is a lot of food. The point is to gain weight, and I’m stil deathly afraid of that.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat with American cheese, mustard, lettuce, onions, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, A can of Diet Coke
Snack: 1 cup of Corn Chex cereal
Dinner: 1 serving of lasagna (whole wheat) 1 cup of salad, 1 glass of milk.

I’m really worried, so please help me out. Thanks 🙂

Talk to someone about your feelings, let your dietitian know your worried so she can explain things to you.
Your meal seems good, normal, and healthy. And that’s what you should be aiming for: Healthy.
Take it slow, Everything will be okay 🙂
