My rent is past due as I await disability payments. Can I be immediately evicted? Also, occupants are required to do chores, but my disability mitigates my ability to do most things. Can I be evicted for that?

No there is a process to eviction – so you have some time.

Yes, you are still required to do chores if that is part of the lease you signed – you can be evicted for not doing them. There must be some things you can do. You need to discuss it with the person in charge what your limitations are and what you can do. It may be that you need to get social services involved to help you do your share.
