Ok. So, last night i was out and wanted to get drunk fast, so i chugged a small cup of Everclear (95% alcohol). Half way through my chug, i inhaled some of the alcohol, and immediately stopped. I felt the alcohol burning and i tried to cough up as much of it as i could.. but today i am still having heavy breathing, and when i tilt my head back, it hurts and i cough. My coughs also hurt.

Any help on the health implications/recovery or what i should do would be helpful.

Well, take some tylenol and what not. Drink water. Get some rest and in a few days if it’s still there, make a doc’s appointment.
