Question by Dee: How do I file a petition for custody?
I have a 11 month old niece which is at my home or my daughter’s at least 5 days/nights per week. Her father has been in jail for months for multiple felonies and drug use. Her mother states she is NOW drug free yet choses alcoholics and drug addicts as her running buddies. I want to provide a more stable life for my niece. Please help
