Question by Dirty BL: How can I make these two sentences more smoothly?
1) Those who have successfully finished their probation, 54.90% said that the drug counseling was effective, while 32.92% said that the drug counseling was ineffective.

2) Those who have not successfully finished their probatio, 45.10% said that the drug counseling was effective, while 67.08% said that the drug counseling was ineffective.

Easy. Just start both sentences with “Of those…”.
