Question by nebula: Finding an alcohol treatment center?
How do I find an inpatient alcohol treatement center in Colorado for a teenager? And is there any way to get financial assistance? My 17 year old sister is in major trouble, and it’s way beyond my parent’s abilty to control. I want to find a place she can go for help, and try to convice my parents that it’s the best thing for her. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Why don’t you try the local chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous first; it is cheaper. If that isn’t right for her they can recommend treatment centers in your area. Just type “Alcoholics Anonymous” into Yahoo! web search for info on chapters in your state.
