DWI conviction results in probation
A Pearland, Texas man has been placed on eight years probation for driving while intoxicated. Fermin Almazan, 29, was sentenced for his third DWI offense — a third-degree felony — in district court action here Thursday, Judge Terry Flenniken presiding.
