Question by : Do you have a brother/sister who struggles with alcoholism? my brother checked himself into rehab………….
for the 3rd time. he has been drinking since he was 15, he is now 32 years old. he is now up to 30 beers a day. it use to be 15 to 20 beers a day. his drinking is just getting worse. the 2nd time he went into rehab he only lasted 8 months with out drinking. i dont see how he held a job but he did. our father is an alcoholic and so was our grandpa, our grandpa died cause he drank so much most of his life. our father is on that path too and now so is my brother. now i have to watch my father and brother kill themselves with their drinking. it makes me sick, i just dont know what to do. its a good thing i never got into drinking, i could of turned out like my father too and my grandpa. all my life i was to scared to drink fearing i would become an alcoholic like my father, brother and grandpa. i only ever have a drink on special occasions like, maybe 3 or 4 times a year.
my brother spends 0 a month on beer and cigarettes.
