Donald Mullaney Ph.D., CAP, LCSW Founder & CEO of Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches Dr. Mullaney received his MSW from Barry University in 1988 and his Ph.D. in Social Work from Barry in 1996. His research interests have been directed to the relationship between addiction, recovery, and the associated personality traits. Dr. Mullaney has been working in the field of substance abuse treatment since 1970 where he began as a Rehabilitation Counselor in Rensselaer County, New York. Dr. Mullaney founded Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches in 1988 and, more recently, SeaSide Palm Beach. Dr. Mullaney is an active researcher, publisher, and presenter in the field of addiction treatment.
