Witnesses catch robbery suspect WARREN – John Streeter, 49, 1938 E. Market St., was arraigned on charges of robbery and drug abuse Friday in Municipal Court Friday after witnesses said he took a $20 bill from a juvenile. Police were called about 8:20 p.m. to North Park Avenue and High Street and found a man restraining Streeter.
