Aneixty from marijuana?

Question by jumasco: Aneixty from marijuana?
I’ve always had bad aneixty, and recently this year I was introduced to pot. Thinking it would help my panic attacks and aneixty I smoked a few times, after not getting high at first, I finally did get high but it was not how my friends described it. My heart beat went up a lot, to the the point where I thought it may be effecting my health majorly, I started shaking, and my fear and anxiety was through the roof. My boyfriend kept me calm and it passed, and I thought maybe it was just a bad high or something so I kept trying and I kept getting the same outcome and it was so scary. Now, my anxiety almost feels worse. Like my chest will be sore from my irregular breathing from being so anxious about things. Someone told me the pot triggered the anxiety even more, is this true? Could someone please explain this to me? I’ve been searching this for a while and it seems to be I’m not the only one who suffers from this but there is no explanation that makes sense to me on why my anxiety is so high when I’m high!
