Rappahannock Area Community Services Board 2009 Video

Overview of community-based mental health, intellectual disability, substance abuse, prevention and early intervention services provided to the residents of the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Video demonstrates a person-centered focus on providing supports and services. Programs featured include DARE To Be You, Healthy Families, Program for Teen Parents, Project LINK, Rappahannock Adult Activities; and Rappahannock Area Kids on the Block.
