I bourht a HP Pavilion with preinstalled Windows XP Media Center. For some reason, the system is messed up and even can’t be recovered by “System Recovery” feature.

How can I re-install the Windows XP Media Center with the license key which comes with machine without buying another new copy of Windows XP ?

If your HP Pavilion is still under warranty, I suggest you contact HP and request for another copy with lincense.
