What do I say when asked “Do I look high?”?

My neighbor is a tweeker, she thinks (for some reason) that I’m “cool” with it. The truth is i’m a Christian and I don’t think it’s right to be rude to someone because they have made bad personal choice (and continue to make them) but just because i’m nice to her does not mean i’d allow her to be in my house alone. Anyway, every morning she asks me the most stupid question, “Do I look high?” and she’ll follow it up with “do you think my Parole Officer will think i’m high?” what do i say> because the answer is YES-BITCH!
but I usually say “a little wear some glasses and don’t move your mouth so much” but in reality i’m thinking ” STOP SMOKING METH BITCH!” how do I tell her what i’m thinking with out sounding like a judgmental B I T C H
