last being in 2002..both times i wasnt smoking. i’ll prove with a UA..it was in my car and me and my gf were both arrested…oh and could i tell the judge that the trooper was being very rude when we were honest and cooperating..he called my gf “bubblelicious” dont know if that was sexual harrasment..she felt like it was
im not a dealer..i had a half smoked joint in my truck..thats what the thing is here..the smallest u can have is under 2 ounces,
im from texas..on sept 1 2007, our state passed the house bill 2391..which means that its the officers choice whether to give u a citation or take u to jail..i dnt think that half a joint is reason enough to waste all that time transporting 2 people 20 miles to county jail when it would just be better for the officers to stay on the street and catch real criminals..i was supposedly speeding, 5 miles over the limit

Well, most people learn from their lessons. If you were caught once and that didn’t teach you something, then maybe this time will, especially if you get jail time. Hate to be that way, but mistakes are mean’t to be learned from, not repeated.
