ALDAN – Two special presentations highlighted the Sept. 8 meeting of Aldan Council. It got underway with a donation presented to the borough by William C. Ressler of Merion Ave. It’s a framed, limited edition print of his watercolor titled “Hometown PTA Night,” depicting the Aldan school in the past. Gratefully accepting the gift on behalf of council and the borough was Mayor James Hopely.
