Two men sentenced in connection with 2008 methamphetamine ring along East Coast, including Franklin County
Two men involved in an East Coast methamphetamine trafficking ring in numerous Pennsylvania counties, including Franklin, were sentenced to more than 400 months — about 33 years — in prison last week. Francisco Barrios, 38, of Georgia and Carlos Cegladi, 42, of Texas were sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Sylvia H. Rambo in connection with the 2008 drug ring.
