Officers: Couple planted meth lab
ELKMONT — To err is human, but for someone to err again and get caught is divine for authorities. A Limestone County drug investigator said that happened Tuesday when a husband and wife hatched an ill-fated plan to set up someone and snitch on that person in exchange for leniency.
