Texting ban goes into effect this month
REGIONAL — While traveling down the road, a cell phone jingles, letting the driver know their friend just sent them a text message. Exactly what the message entails is unknown, but the driver is curious to find out. As the driver takes his eyes off the road to view the message, his car crosses the center line and veers into oncoming traffic.
