can being bi-polar resemble the symptoms of meth use?

I think my husband is using meth but he says that he is stressed out and depressed. He mentioned that being bipolar runs in his family. I think he is liying. I love him but I cant live like this and i wont. I’ve already moved out with my mom and took the kids with me as well as filed for a divorce. I told him it is over,……Is it really over? I think so.
