My uncle is addicted to crack cocaine. This addiction has put a strain on our relationship.?

My uncle is addicted to crack cocaine. This addiction has put a strain on our relationship. I am torn between being frozen in fear and concern over the consequences of my uncle’s addiction.
What should I do in this situation? I live in Homedale, Idaho.

Any and all help would go a long way to help.
