No Vaio Recovery Center in my Sony Vaio?

I am having Sony Vaio VGN -CR 24G, i have everything in my vaio but not able to find Vaio Recovery Center.

Please Help where i can download the recovery center?
When i See the Hard Drive partation there are Two.

But please suggest me how to recover to my orignal factory setting
