LEXINGTON — A Disaster Recovery Center, operated by theCommonwealth of Kentucky and the Federal Emergency ManagementAgency, opened in Lewis County on Monday. The recovery center islocated at the Lions Club on 1008 Fairlane Drive in Vanceburg.
