He wants custody of his unborn child, but I feel he is an unfit parent. Are any of these reasons means for getting his rights revoked in the state of Colorado:
Mental disorders that he does not treat:
Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Panic
He is a minor (under 18) and has posted inappropriate photos of himself online.
He shows excessive use of alcohol.
He does not have a job or a car.
There is a recovering meth addict living in his home that is in and out of jail.
He and his family have harassed the mother verbally on multiple occasions.

Only a competent attorney can answer your question. An attorney will be necessary to file the petition and move it through the family court.
The only do it yourself law that exists that was designed to be do it yourself is small claims court. For everything else, an attorney is necessary and a wise use of money.
