so i have a 23 year old brother who is a total piece of s h i t. hes been doing drugs since he was my age(15) hes done oxycotton xanex weed heroin meth and im shure some other stuff we dont know about. he treats the whole family like crap. only cares about himself. steals from us and pawns it so he has money to buy drugs. doesnt pay for anything not even his own car. hes been to rehab type thing twice. smokes weed in our backyard. weve caught him snorting in the bathroom. so im shure he shoots up in there too. he goes to the bathroom and locks the door and stays in there for 15 to 20 minutes. oh and hes on probation or parol or whatever. and he has drug test and he’ll call and change his apointment for them. because of course hes been using. i dont see why my parents pay for his court fees, car, food, clothes. ect. hes the biggest loser i know. hes 23!!! god damn. when is he going to wake up and relize how big of a screw up he is. dont get me wrong i love him. but i just want him gone. i cant handle it. the other day i found one of his syringes and it squirted in my hand. he just leaves them lying around. should i call the police on him? cause if i do hes looking at 20 or more years and i dont think i could do that to him. he has his moments he can be cool but its constantly pissing me off. if hes not out y the time i turn 16 i think im going to get emancipated. i cant live with him like this. what should i do?
ive told him how i feel. he doesnt care. but thanks guys for everything

Unfortunately, your parents won’t stand up for him and realize the damage he’s doing to the family.
TELL your parents HOW YOU FEEL!!!!! Hopefully it will wake them up!!!

They shouldn’t allow him in the house, they shouldn’t give him any money, bail him out, etc.
