if a person is driving his car and meets with an accident,he gets injured.Now this accident has no relation with smoking and hence the injured driver should pay the same bill “in terms of” medical treatment as anyone else irrespective of whether he smokes or not.

please correct this sentence.

Can we use “for” instead of ” in terms of”….
