Walsall Car Thief Steals Autistic 5 Year Old Boys In Car DVD Player

How low can you go .. well probably very low for a bag of heroin. here we have a CCTV clip of a Walsall thief stealing a DVD player from a car. The thief knows its a disability car because of the Blue Badge on the dash of the car but regardless of this he just can’t help himself not help himself to a DVD player that is used to help a 5 year old disabled Autistic boy remain calm when going out. The thief spends five minutes in the car with his torch looking for other items but ony gets away with the DVD. Lets hope this offender will learn something from the “Something Special DVD disc” … maybe some makaton or maybe some sense of just how low he’s gone in order to fund his probable habit.
