Question by joanna: How could we win the drug war without spending our way into another depression?
In the US there are states with harsh laws easy laws and everything in between, yet we still have a huge drug problem. Locking people in jails hasn’t worked and neither has treatment.
I like Dukes response! It shows that civil rights need to be taken away just to stop drug deals woohoo! I guess big brother needs to know what you buy and sell too!

We aren’t going to win the drug war – there never was any drug war – the “drug war” was a way for the republicans to employ lots of their fascist friends as cops and DEA agents and prison guards – got lots of private prisons built too.

It’s all money. Follow the money.
