Rangers look to alcohol ban to tame July 4th revelry
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Sacramento County park rangers are hoping a holiday-weekend alcohol ban on the American River Parkway will make their jobs a little easier this Fourth of July. Up to 25,000 visitors are expected along the 23-mile stretch linking Folsom Lake to the confluence of the American and Sacramento rivers.
