Crack Cocaine or Meth. I mean, these have to be just as deadly but why does it seem like people
don’t OD as often from these drugs?

Crack is cocaine, just more concentrated and people die from meth OD all the time. I’m not sure what information you’re basing your question on, but it doesn’t seem very accurate.
