WPSO: Manhunt was educational
After leading a seven- day hunt for a man suspected of shooting a deputy, among other charges, the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office says it learned a lot, spent a lot and greatly appreciates the other law enforcement agencies that helped bring Timothy Alford into custody without further bloodshed.
