hey everyone, basically i came out a few problems which includes adjusting at work (i moved to another country), my grandmother died, broke up with my long term girl friend (my eighth break up yet), just came out of addiction lately-thanks god im successful at work its the only thing i have

i was thinking of stepping away from any commitments outside my work, coz i barely have the mind or energy to get my job well done (im a sales manager in a big medical company) coz its the only thing i have left, i find myself completely unable to do anything outside getting my targets, i can barely bond with my parents (i have no siblings) let alone get committed to another girl and head for a ninth break up would staying away from relationships help me get my act together and then i could have no hurt again or what do u think i should do if u were in my shoes?

I would stick with being job oriented.. You can always change your mind later and try for another relationship when you’re ready.. No need to force it too soon after your last break up..
