Question by Pat: Would boost serve as a good recovery drink for p90x?
I dont want to get the recovery drink and i was wondering if boost (in the little red bottles) would work? Im not really sure what makes up p90x’s recovery drink but i assume its proteins. Boost has 16g of protein so yeah! Thanks!
