I just found a text on my fiancee’s phone saying “do you know where to get some good meth or cocaine?” and the guy replied with “who are you” It was sent on march 27th which was the weekend that I went home to my parents house alone. He absolutely insisted that I go alone, he even gave me 100 bucks as what I thought was a please forgive me gesture. I know he has done meth before, but it was before he went into the army. He said he hasn’t touched the stuff since then. I know he isn’t on it when he’s around me. I’v been around people on that shit, and he doesn’t act anything like that. He seems completely normal. I’m so angry with him right now. Im just sitting here waiting for him to get home. He was supposed to be here at 1 now it’s almost 6….. I’m so worried… so angry…. I just don’t know what to do. I’m absolutely beside myself. I can’t tell anyone, because I don’t know if this is what I think it is or not. … I just don’t know what to do………………………………….
ohh and btw I wasn’t snooping through his phone, I lost mine and I was texting on his and came across it.

Nobody sends a text asking for the stuff unless they are doing it.

You can be mad at his addiction, but being mad at him will not solve anything.

You can ask him to go get help.

He probably won’t go until/unless he hits rock bottom.

If you sense that he is on it while he is around you…you will know that his recreational habit has now gone full blown.

Regardless, if it hasn’t yet…it will.

Nobody does hard drugs without getting hooked.

If things start to disappear…money, items, etc…you will know to leave him until he cleans up
