CHILLICOTHE — A lot of people hear the word “cancer” and think of it as a death sentence. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 55-year-old Barbara Sweeney, of South Salem, stepped forward to say that with the proper, aggressive help that for her included a revolutionary new treatment method, it’s not.
