Woman arrested after newborn hospitalized for cocaine withdrawal
Deputies say she gave birth to a baby last February, and the infant tested positive for cocaine. The child was placed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit due to withdrawals from the cocaine. Deputies say they've been looking for Stewart for the past year. Read more on WPDE
