Willmar man pleads guilty to storing drug paraphernalia in children’s presence
Emilio Florez, 35, of Willmar, pleaded guilty Tuesday to two felony drug and paraphernalia charges for possessing methamphetamine and cocaine and for storing drug paraphernalia in the presence of children.
